Lodge and Indoor/Outdoor Swimming Pool
The lodge is the central hub of activity at Brookside. It provides activities including a video arcade with a ping-pong table, pool table, pinball, and other arcade games, a play loft for kids of all ages, and our world famous ice cream snack bar (home of the best Chocolate Malt around!) It is also home to our unique indoor/outdoor heated swimming pool and sauna. We welcome you to come and explore our lodge and all it has to offer.
Our indoor/outdoor swimming pool is surrounded by a gigantic cedar sunning deck. Swimmers and sunbathers of all ages gather here to relax and have fun! Take a closer look at our indoor and outdoor pools – and you can also explore them on our virtual tour!
Our main beach area and main dock provide a space for many activities including free waterskiing, sand castle contest, fishing, and swimming. Our waterskiing program is one-of-a-kind and sets us apart from other Minnesota resorts!
The climate controlled video arcade offers a fun spot for kids and adults to relax and play! Features include a ping-pong table, video games, pool table, play loft, and indoor/outdoor swimming pool.
The lodge is also home of the famous “Brookside Hooker.”
Our current hooker champ is Ben Tempel. Ben completed 1,007 hooks in a row in August, 2018! His helper was his steadfast son, Isaiah.
